Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To study the expression and significance of chromatin remodeling factor 1 (Rsf1), α smooth muscle actin (αSMA) and cerbB2 in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. Methods From September 2016 to September 2018, 30 specimens of gastric cancer, 30 specimens of precancerous lesions and 10 specimens of normal gastric mucosa were collected. The expression of Rsf1, αSMA and cerbB2 was detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) after immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rates of RSF1, αSMA and c erbB 2 in gastric cancer were higher than those in precancerous lesions and normal gastric mucosa (P<005). There was no significant difference in RSF1, αSMA, cerbB2 positive expression rates among gastric cancer mucosa, sarcolemma and serosa (P>005). The positive rates of RSF1, αSMA and cerbB2 in gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in gastric cancer without lymph node metastasis (P<005). There was a positive correlation between RSF1, cerbB2 and αSMA (P<005).Conclusion Rsf1, alphaSMA and cerbB2 were highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, which were positively correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, and played an important role in the development of gastric cancer.
