Abstract:【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of compound angelica injection on expression of Bcl2 and Bax of myofibroblast and provide the theoretical basis for the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis. Methods Human oral mucosa fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and transformed into myofibroblasts (MFB), which were divided into control group and 5, 10, 20, 40 mg / ml group. Western blot was used to detect the levels of bcl 2 and Bax protein in five groups at different times. Results After 5-40 mg/mL compound angelica injection on myofibroblasts for 24, 48 and 72 hours, the expression of Bax increased gradually with time, while the expression of Bcl2 decreased gradually (P<005). The difference of bcl 2 and Bax in each concentration group was statistically significant (P<001).Conclusion Compound angelica injection may promote the apoptosis of MFB by affecting the expression of bcl 2 and Bax, so it has the possibility of treating oral submucous fibrosis.
