Abstract:【Abstract】 Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a rheumatoid immune disease with high disability rate and both psoriasis and arthritis. Its symptoms have always been associated with skin damage, and inflammation can occur in the spine, tonicity, joint deformity, etc. The arthritis occurs before or after skin damage with typical concomitant characteristics. Because of its complex etiology, it is not clear, and there is no laboratory diagnosis with high specificity and sensitivity, so it is difficult to diagnose early. However, early diagnosis has important significance for the treatment and control of PsA. Therefore, this article emphasizes the combination of imaging, monitoring the condition of joints and surrounding tissues, early diagnosis and treatment, and reducing the risk of disability and teratogenicity.
