Abstract:【Abstract】Objective The research was aimed to explore the clinical value of transvaginal threedimensional ultrasonography Omniview imaging in diagnosing intrauterine adhesion(IUA). Method 146 patients with suspected clinical diagnosis of IUA were examined by Omniview imaging, and then were compared with the results of hysteroscopy, which was expected to summarize the characteristics of Omniview imaging. Results Omniview imaging, among 146 patients,110 patients were diagnosed with IUA, and 18 patients were missed diagnosis (14.1%,18/128), and 3 patients were misdiagnosed without IUA (2.7%,3/113). The total accordance rate of Omniview imaging for different classifications of IUA, compared with hysteroscopy, was 95.4% (105/110). Conclusion Omniview imaging is an effective method for diagnosis and classification of IUA, however. There are still some limitations for thin endometrium patients and peripheral intrauterine adhesions compared with hysteroscopy. It is necessary to further study the imaging characteristics of Omniview imaging.
