Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of triple drug combination regimen on the clinical efficacy for shortterm, immune system function and complications of patients with severe measles. Methods 150 patients with severe measles were chosen in the period from August 2015 to August 2018 in our hospital and randomly divided into both group including control group (75 cases) with ribavirin combined with Stronger NeoMiaophagen C and observation group (75 cases) with Potassium Sodium Pehydroandroandrographolide Succinate injection on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy for shortterm, the disappearance time of symptoms and signs, the hospital staying time, the T lymphocyte subsets levels before and after treatment and the incidence of complications of both groups were compared. Results The clinical effects for shortterm of observation group were significant better than that of control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of symptoms and signs and the hospital staying time of observation group were significant better than that of control group(P<0.05). The T lymphocyte subsets levels after treatment of observation group was significant better than that of control group and before treatment(P<0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group were significant lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Triple drug combination regimen on patients with severe measles can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, speed up the recovery process of disease, improve immune function and be helpful to reduce the risk of complications.
