【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of Qingnao Jiangya Tablet combined with telmisartan on the efficacy of hyperlipidemia and the level of serum NO,ET1 and blood lipid.Methods 90 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given oral administration of telmisartan tablets. The observation group was treated with oral Qingnaojiangya tablets for 60 days. The changes of serum NO,ET1 and blood lipid and blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the scores of TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜005). Before treatment, serum NO, ET1, blood lipid, blood pressure and TCM syndrome score in both group were no statistically significant difference(P＞005). After treatment, NO in both groups was increased, and ET1, blood lipid, blood pressure and TCM syndrome score were decreased, with statistically significant differences (all P＜005).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Qingnao Jiangjin Tablet combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with hypertension is better than that of oral telmisartan, which can effectively improve the serum levels of NO, ET1 and blood lipid.
