Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI) on left ventricular systolic function in pregnancyinduced hypertensive fetus in highland. Methods 66 pregnant women with hypertension in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group. 64 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group. All fetuses underwent cardiac color Doppler examinations to assess fetal left ventricular morphology, systolic and diastolic function. Among them, the TDI indexes included: diastolic early E wave peak (Em), late diastolic A (Am), systolic Swave peak velocity (Sm), calculated Em / Am ratio. Results With the increase of fetal gestational age, left ventricular thickness increased in both groups. However, the thickness of left ventricular septum, lateral wall, anterior wall and inferior wall in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).; With the increase of fetal gestational age, Em, Am of the left ventricular septum, lateral wall, anterior and inferior wall increased, Sm and Em/Am of the two groups increased (P<0.05). The Em of the left ventricular wall in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group in different periods. The Em / Am was lower than the control group. The Am was significantly higher than the control group. The Sm were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Left ventricular diastolic function and contractile function are impaired in fetus with gestational hypertension in high altitude area. TDI can diagnose changes of cardiac function sensitively and effectively, and it has important clinical value.
