Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of the circular RNA (circRNA) hsa_circ_0011021 in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines, and study the effect of hsa_circ_0011021 knockdown on the proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells. Methods The expression levels of hsa_circ_0011021 in cervical cancer tissues and cervical cancer cell lines (Hela and SiHa) were determined by quantitative realtime PCR (qRTPCR). The effect of hsa_circ_0011021 on the viability and proliferation of cervical cancer cells, CCK8 and colony formation assays were performed in Hela cells were observed. Transwell migration assay and wound scratch assay were carried out to evaluate the effect of hsa_circ_0011021 on the migration and invasion ability of Hela cells.Results The expression level of hsa_circ_0011021 in cervical cancer tissues and Hela and SiHa cells was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues and human immortal keratinocyte line (HaCaT). Knockdown of hsa_circ_0011021 obviously inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of Hela cells. Conclusion Knockdown of hsa_circ_0011021 remarkably suppresses the proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells.
