【Abstract】 Expert consensus on clinical frequently asked questions in breast ultrasonography (2018) is a series of hot issues caused by the application of ultrasound BIRADS standard in China. The experts conducted multiple discussions onsite and online in 2018, which have been organized by The 3rd Superficial Organs and Peripheral Vessels Committee of The Interpretation of Chinese Association of Ultrasound in Medicine and Engineering. In the end, making a unified view on the 20 questions and publish the "consensus" in both Chinese and English. The consensus provides a standard for breast ultrasound reports, and the English version also represents China attracting international attention and aiming at the internationalization of the standard of breast ultrasound reports.
