Objective To investigate the effect of the serum high sensitive C reactive protein, lipoprotein and clinical efficacy by Shuxuening combined with Compound Salvia Tablet in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by Shuxuening Injection for intravenous injection and the experiment group was treated on the base of the control group with Compound Salvia Tablet oral. The changes of biochemical indexes and blood rheology were detected before and after the treatment. The nerve function and the ability of daily life were evaluated. Results The hs-CRP, LP, PAF, LP-PLA2, blood rheology index and NIHSS score after treatment were lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05). The BI score after treatment was higher than that before treatment (P＜0.01) .Compared with the control group, The hs-CRP, LP, PAF, LPPLA2, blood rheology index and NIHSS after treatment of experiment group were lower that after treatment of control group (P＜0.05). The BI score after treatment of experiment group was higher that after treatment of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Shuxuening combined with Compound Danshen tablet is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, improve blood rheology, promote the nerve function recovery and prognosis and decrease of hs CRP and LP levels.
