Abstract:【Abstract】 With the development of magnetic resonance imaging technology(MRI) for magnetic resonance brain functional sequence, MRI has very high value in prenatal diagnosis of the fetal central nervous system. MRI also can be used for the evaluation of fetal brain development and brain function. A large number of clinical observation found that fetal growth restriction(FGR) children are more likely to be associated with longterm neurological damage and neurological abnormalities. Fetal MRI can see the changes in the nervous system, which can not be found on the T1WI and T2WI. The application of DWI, DTI, MRS and BOLDMRI can further analyze the specific details of fetal brain development. At the same time, it will be more accurate for the diagnosis of abnormal fetal brain development. Fetal MRI can provide important reference information for prenatal diagnosis and intervention. The development of fetal MRI needs further study.
