Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the holistic nursing intervention for children with viral myocarditis and improve the clinical nursing effect. Methods 80 children with viral myocarditis received in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted specialized nursing measures. The observation group adopted holistic nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After specialized nursing and holistic nursing, the two groups had different degrees of improvement. The overall treatment efficiency of the patients in the control group was lower than the observation group. The recurrence rate after discharge was significantly lower than that of the control group. The satisfaction of the nursing was evidently higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective holistic nursing care for the children with viral myocarditis can improve the mental state of the patients, increase the satisfaction of nursing and the effect of nursing, increase the pertinence and comprehensiveness of nursing and provide better nursing service for the patients.
