Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and risk factors for adverse outcomes in mothers and children. Methods The clinical data of 225 pregnant women with ICP admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. To analyze the main clinical features of ICP pregnant women, logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of ICP pregnant women and children with adverse outcomes. Results The clinical characteristics of ICP pregnant women mainly included pruritus, jaundice, abnormal increase of TBA levels and adverse outcomes of the mother and infant. Diabetes mellitus, multiple pregnancy, TBA>40umoL/L and ALT≥100IU/L were independent risk factors for adverse outcomes of pregnant women with ICP (P<0.05). Hypertension and diabetes, multiple pregnancy , TBA>40umoL/L , onset within 34 weeks were independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes of infant (P<0.05). Conclusion ICP can increase the adverse outcomes of mother and child, and there are many risk factors affecting the adverse outcomes of ICP pregnant women, and should pay close attention to ICP pregnant women with risk factors for adverse outcomes of mother and child.
