Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of fresh Tiannanxing water extract on uterine fibroids of mice and the effect on estrogen level of mice.Methods Thirty healthy female SD mice were selected, and randomly divided into normal group, model group and fresh Tiannanxing water extract group. The model group and fresh Tiannanxing water extract group were established for uterine fibroids model, while the normal group was not treated. Rats in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group were given an intervention. The rats in the normal group and model group were injected with normal saline. The weight and mouse uterus coefficient, chemiluminescence detection of Estradiol (E2), Progesterone (P), enzymelinked immunosorbent assay method for detecting FSH (FSH), Luteinizing hormone generated (LH) level were analyzed.Results The uterine weight of mice in the model group was higher than that in the normal group, and that in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group was higher than that in the normal group, lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). The uterus coefficient of mice in the model group was higher than that in the normal group, and that in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group was higher than that in the normal group, lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). The serum E2 level of mice in the model group was higher than that in the normal group, and the serum E2 level of mice in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group was higher than that in the normal group, lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). The serum P level of mice in the model group was higher than that in the normal group, and that in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group was higher than that in the normal group and lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). The serum FSH level of mice in the model group was higher than that in the normal group, and the serum FSH level of mice in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group was higher than that in the normal group, lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). The serum LH level in the model group was higher than that in the normal group, while that in the fresh Tiannanxing water extract group was higher than that in the normal group and lower than that in the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion The water extract of Fresh Tiannanxing can inhibit uterine fibroma in mice, and regulate the levels of E2, P, FSH, LH and other hormones. It provides a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of uterine fibroma.
