【Abstract】Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) combined with infertility have different clinical manifestations and scattered in various medical institutions and subspecialties of gynecology. It is difficult to make diagnosis and give treatment. There are still many controversies in pretreatment, ovulation induction, luteal support, gestation management and complications prevention of PCOS combined with infertility, and the primary treatments in primary hospitals are not standardized. This article reviews the literature published in recent years and summarizes the consensus of regional experts, in order to become the standardized diagnosis and treatment system of primary hospitals and the key reference of twoway referral system.
