Abstract:【Abstract】 As interventional procedures become increasingly common in the management of vascular disease, the complications such as iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysm be encountered more often, but only partly selfhealing. Previous surgery was the “gold standard”treatment, but the large trauma and the frequently complications associated with which were limited it use. In recent years, ultrasound guided percutaneous thrombin injection (UGTI) used as the primary modality for the treatment of iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysm, due to its hign efficacy, small trauma, fast recovery and low cost. This article reviews the progress of UGTI in the treatment of iatrogenic femoral artery pseudoaneurysm.
