Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical observation of fluticasone propionate aerosol combined with cetirizine in children with seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 children with seasonal allergic rhinitis admitted to two hospitals from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group, according to random number table method. The observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate aerosol combined with cetirizine. The control group fluticasone propionate aerosol treatment, 12 weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical curative effect, adverse reactions, the grade of the symptoms and the proportion of eosinophils of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate and markedly effective rate of the observation group were 9400% and 6200%, respectively, and the total effective rate was significantly better than that of the control group (8000%) (P<005). After treatment, the scores of nasal mucosa, nasal obstruction, sneeze, turbinate and signs grading were significantly decreased (P<005) and the percentage of eosinophils decreased significantly (P<005). In the observation group, the probability of allergic rhinitis recurrence less than 3 times within one year after treatment was 638%. The recurrence rate was 313%. The probability of recurrence more than 5 times was 0. The total recurrence rate was 851%. Those of observation group were better than that of the control group (P<005).Conclusion Fluticasone propionate aerosol combined with cetirizine treatment of children with seasonal allergic rhinitis has good effect.
