Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative efficacy of bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer and its effects on intestinal flora and immune function. Methods 86 patients underwent colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each. All patients were successfully completed colorectal cancer surgery, postoperative conventional chemotherapy. The control group was treated with adjuvant oxaliplatin. The observation group was treated with triple viable capsule. The levels of intestinal flora, interleukin6 (IL6), Creactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factorα (TNFα), immunoglobulin, plasma Dlactate,lgA levels and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, and Enterococcus faecalis levels of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. Escherichia coli levels the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<005). The levels of IL6, CRP and TNFα in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<005). The levels of CD4+ and CD4+ / CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<005). The level of CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<005). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<005). Conclusion Colorectal cancer after surgery with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules plus oxaliplatin adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively regulate the body's intestinal flora, rebuild the intestinal microflora balance, while promoting intestinal mucosal barrier function recovery, and improve immune function, and have Good safety.
