Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ICU heart failure patients with psychological assessment of cardiac function after the intervention to improve the situation and its analysis. Methods 128 patients with ICU heart failure treated in our hospital diagnosed as heart failure and had surgical indications. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 64 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing. On the basis of routine nursing, the intervention group used psychological evaluation technique to evaluate the mental state of the patients according to the condition of the patients with severe heart failure and their physical condition. The cardiac function and the psychological status were observed. Results The left ventricular end diastolic diameter and CK at discharge were lower than that on admission. The left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output at discharge were higher than that on admission. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter and CK of intervention group were lower than that of control group and the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output of intervention group were higher than that on admission that of control group (P<0.05). NYHA II and III of intervention group were less than that of control group. SAS score and SDS score of intervention group were less than that of control group. Conclusion Psychiatric assessment of patients with heart failure in ICU wards with severe illness can significantly improve cardiac function and help relieve anxiety and depression.
