Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical value of standardized ultrasound in diagnosing fetal neural tube defects (NTDs) during 11~13 +6 weeks’gestation. Methods During December 2014 to December 2016, 2638 pregnant women during 11~13 +6 weeks’gestation from Nanchong Central Hospital were detected with standardized ultrasound. Keep track of NTDs fetuses induced labor results and normal fetuses pregnancy outcome. Results The total detection rate of NTDs was 71.43% during 11~13 +6 weeks’gestation. Tthe detection rates of anencephaly, exencephaly, meningoceles and encephalocele, holoprosencephaly and rachischisis were 100%,100%,100%,50% and 50%, respectively. The Ultrasonic features of NTDs were observed and diagnosed in standardized views. Conclusion The standardized ultrasound during 11~13 +6 weeks’gestation is effective in detection of serious NTDs.
