Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To compare the pathological results of three testicular biopsy methods under ultrasound guidance. Methods The gross needle aspiration histology (CNPH), fine needle aspiration histology (FNAH) and testicular fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in Yibin Second People's Hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and the pathological results of three kinds of testicular biopsy were compared. Results There were 6 cases with the number of seminiferous tubules with 1 ~ 10 in CNPH and 5 cases in FNAH. There were 10 cases with the number of seminiferous tubules with 11 ~ 20 in CNPH and 4 cases in FNAH. There were 4 cases with the number of seminiferous tubules with 21 to 30 in CNPH and 3 cases in FNAH. There were 2 cases with the number of seminiferous tubules with 31 to 40 in CNPH and 3 cases in FNAH. There were 2 cases with the number of seminiferous tubules with more than 40 in CNPH and 5 cases in FNAH. There were 5 cases with hematoma in CNPH and 0 cases in FNAH (P<0.05).Conclusion The histologic pathological section of testicular fine needle aspiration is good. There are many sections of fine seminiferous tube, no interference from other components, short time, less consumables and less invasive and less complications.
