Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To compare the periodontal regeneration ability of PDLSCs (gingival mesenchymal stem cells, GMSCs) and periodontal ligament stem cells (periodontal ligament stemcells) membrane. Methods preparation of stable expression of enhanced green fluorescent protein (enhanced green fluorescent protein, eGFP GMSCs and PDLSCs) of the diaphragm and periodontitis canine furcation involvement model (4), the diaphragm is implanted into the animal model, were killed after 8 weeks, repair capacity evaluation of 2 kinds of diaphragm on periodontal defect. Results HE staining analysis, morphological analysis, immunohistochemistry, Sirius red staining, showed that GMSCs and PDLSCs can effectively promote the regeneration of periodontal tissue. The effect is obviously better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<005). However, there was no significant difference between the 2 kinds of membrane regeneration ability (P>005). Conclusion GMSCs and PDLSCs have good periodontal regeneration ability.
