Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and significance of TSHR in SCH mice ventricular muscle. Methods The 30 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group (n=15). The model of hypothyroidism was produced in the experimental group. The echocardiography, TT3, TT4 and TSH levels were observed. The immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of TSHR in the ventricular muscle tissues of mice. Results The results of echocardiography showed that the E/E’ value of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<001). The serum TSH levels in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the serum TSH level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<001). The mouse model was successful in the experimental group. The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that TSHR expression in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion When subclinical hypothyroidism occurs, the TSHR expression of the ventricular muscle tissue is increased, which may affect the function of cardiac function by some mechanism after binding with high concentration of TSH.
