Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of the idea of enhanced recovery after cardiac surgery (ERACS) in postoperative care after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 382 patients suffered of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease had been done the operation of percutaneous coronary intervention from June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into control group with usual care and study group with ERACS. The routine clinical nursing methods were applied in the control group. The idea and methods of ERACS based on the methods in the control group were applied in the study group. Heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and so on were compared and analyzed between two groups, and the time of the leaving bed time and hospital stays between two groups were compared. The clinical effect in the end between two groups were observed. Results There were no significant difference in the general clinical datum between the two groups(P>005). The research showed that systolic pressure, heart rate and temperature of the patients in the study group during the perioperative period were superior to that in the control group, and the difference has statistical significance (P<005)。 The time of the leaving bed time and hospital stays in the study group were superior to that in the control group, and the difference has statistical significance (P<005). Conclusion It’s feasible and effective to use the idea of ERACS in the patients after percutaneous coronary intervention in the Cardiovascular medicine department in our hospital. The idea of ERACS can enhance recovery after operation, reduce the hospital stays, and increase the patients' satisfaction degree.
