Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this research was to discuss the risk factors that set the SLE patients up for lupus hepatitis. Methods The articles published from the setup of the database to September 2017 among 4 databases (PubMed, Medline, Wan Fang, CNKI) in order to find out articles related with SLE patients suffering from LH were searched. Extract both clinical data and laboratory data, afterwards using metaanalysis were used to determine the risk factors that set the SLE patients up for LH. Altogether 232 articles had been found within 4 databases and among which 11 have been selected into account. Results The result of the combined analysisshown that antiC3 antibody, SLEDAI Scores, IgG, nervous system involvement, the above differences hae statistical significance (P< 005). Conclusion Current evidence suggests that the decline of Serum antiC3 antibody levels, the rise of IgG levels, the higher scores of SLEDAI and nervous system involvement might be the risk factors that set the SLE patients up for lupus hepatitis.
