Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective to study the application of serum 25OHD3, IgE and FeNO joint detection in cough variant asthma of prognostic evaluation. Methods〓68 patients with coughvariant asthma received therapy from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group. 35 healthy patients in our hospital were selected as the control group during the same period. Serum 25oh D3, IgE and FeNO levels were detected in both groups. According to the severity of the observation group, the patients were divided into heavy, medium and mild groups, and the serum 25oh D3, IgE and FeNO levels were compared before and after treatment in the three groups. The observation group was followed up for 4 weeks, and the prognosis was determined according to the extent of its cough. It was divided into a good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group, and compared the levels of 25 OH D3, IgE and FeNO in the two groups. Results The serum levels of 25oh D3 were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the serum IgE and FeNO levels were significantly higher than the control group(P< 005). The serum 25ohd3 levels in the severe group were significantly lower than those in the moderate or mild group, The serum IgE and FeNO levels were significantly higher[(36445±6364) IU/ml vs (P< 005). Moderate patients serum 25 OH D3 level was significantly lower than mild group, serum IgE, FeNO level higher than in mild group(P< 005); Good prognosis group significantly higher than the level of serum 25 OH D3 poor prognosis group, serum IgE, FeNO level was lower than that in group prognosis(P< 005). Conclusion〓The combination of serum 25oh D3, IgE and FeNO levels is of great clinical significance for prognosis evaluation of patients with coughvariant asthma.
