Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hypothyroidism on serum uric acid and glucolipid metabolism in patients. Methods〓The thyroid function, thyroidassociated antibody, serum uric acid (SUA), blood glucose (FBG), blood lipids and serum β2 MG of 50 normal thyroid function persons, 45 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and 28 patients with primary hypothyroidism were detected respectively. Rseults〓With the aggravation of the degree of hypothyroidism, the level of SUA and triglyceride (TG) increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<005). The SUA, TG and FBG were significantly higher than those of antibody negative antibody in thyroidassociated antibodies (P<005). SUA and TG were significantly correlated with thyroid stimulating hormone (r=0428,P<0001;r=0346,p=0007). Multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that uric acid was a risk factor for hypothyroidism. Conclusion〓Hypothyroidism can lead to abnormalities in SUA, TG and FBG, especially in patients with thyroidassociated antibody positive, increase the risk of metabolic disease, should attach great attention.
