Abstract:【Abstracts】 Objective Investigate the effect of recombinant salmonella typhimurium (GLP1) on caveolin1 and βcell autophagy related factors in type 2 diabetic mice. Methods 40 mice were divided into normal group, control group, empty vector group and treatment group. The c control group, empty vector group and treatment group were treated with streptozotocin for model. The normal group and control group were treated with saline. The empty vector group was treated with attenuated Salmonella. The treatment group was treated with GLP1 recombinant attenuated Salmonella. The blood samples were taken at the end before modeling, after modeling and after treatment. The blood glucose level were detected with blood glucose meter. Results After treatment, blood glucose level was significantly lower than that of the control group and empty vector group (P<005). The islet Caveolin1 level of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group and empty vector group (P<005). There was no significant difference between the Caveolin1 group and control vector group (P>005). Atg3, Atg12 and Beclin1 of mouse islets of treatment were significantly lower than that of control group and empty vector group (P<005). There were no significant difference between the group and the group of Atg3, Atg12 and Beclin1 load level control (P>005). Conclusion GLP1 recombinant attenuated Salmonella can effectively improve the expression of Caveolin1 and βcell autophagy related factors in type 2 diabetic mice, and has a wide range of practical value.
