【Abstract】 Tumourassociated macrophages (TAMs) refer to those macrophages infiltrating tumor tissues. In recent years, with the further development of tumor microenviroment (TME), researchers have found that TAMs in TME promote the occurrence and development and even the metastasis and reoccurrence of tumor to a certain degree. The formation and effect of TAMs and treatments related to TAMs have become the hotspots in tumor researches. This review aims to summarize the latest progress of TAMs researches.
