Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of integrated cancer support services on caregiver’ mood, social support and satisfaction of EndofLife care. Methods 137 caregivers patients with advanced cancer hospitalized in our hospital from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017 were divided into control group and intervention group, according to the random number table. The control group received routine services. The intervention group received additional Integrated Cancer Support Services. The scores of Profile of mood states (POMS), medical social support scale (MOSSS) and hospicerelated family satisfaction questionnaire (FAMCARE) were observed. Results The average age of caregivers was (612 ± 95) years old, female (737%), Han nationality (891%), married (832%), underworking (759%), junior middle school and below (533%). Most caregivers were patient spouses (635%). After the intervention, there were significant differences in POMS, MOSSS and FAMCARE scores between the two groups (P <005). There were significant differences in POMS score of the control group before and after the intervention (P<005). There were significant differences in POMS, MOSSS and FAMCARE scores of the intervention group before and after intervention (P <005). Conclusion Integrated Cancer Support Services can help improve the mood state, social support and satisfaction with EndofLife care of caregivers of patients with advanced cancer, and are worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
