Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of contrastenhanced laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods 100 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were collected from March 2014 to March 2017, and were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in the study group underwent 3D laparoscopic surgery. The control group was treated with open surgery. The operation of the two surgical regimens and the postoperative recovery were observed and compared. Results There were no significant differences of operation time between the two groups (P> 005). Compared with the control group, the intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly decreased (P<005). In the study group, the time of recovery, the time of gastric tube placement and the time of drainage tube were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<005). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<005). Serum IL6 and CRP levels and pain scores in the study group were significantly lower in the patients than in the control group (P<005). Conclusion The treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors with 3D laparoscopic surgery is effective, compared with the traditional laparotomy. The bleeding rate is less during the operation and the pain is reduced, and the patients are quicker and quicker prognosis.
