Abstract:Enhanced recovery after surgery is a new medical concept and quickly applies in clinical applications, especially in the application of gastrointestinal surgery. It has been confirmed that it can significantly accelerate the recovery rate of patients after surgery to improve the prognosis of patients with surgery, and does not increase the incidence of complications. However, due to ERAS in China to carry out a short time, clinical applications, there are still a series of problems, and the lack of an authoritative guide, which has not yet been widely popular in the country. This article systematically reviewed the relevant literature, to accelerate the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal surgery in the application of the progress of a review.
