Abstract:Objective To explore the concept of feedforward control interventions in the voriconazole treatment clinical curative effect observation of the effect of mucosal candidiasis of skin. Methods 86 patients of mucocutaneous candidiasis diagnosed in Department of dermatology in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. All patients were treated with voriconazole treatment. The control group received conventional nursing. The experimental group on the basis of the control group, and take the feedforward control under the concept of effective comprehensive nursing measures. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The time of drug withdrawal, the clinical curative effect of the patients in experimental group and control group were 83.72% and 69.77%. Two weeks after drug withdrawal, the clinical curative effect of experimental group and control group were 90.70% and 74.41% (P<0.05). The time of drug withdrawal, mycology showed that the scavenging rate of experimental group and control group were 86.05% and 76.74% (P<0.05). Two weeks after drug withdrawal, The clearance rate of experimental group and control group were increased, (P>0.05). quality of life and the degree of nursing in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment based on the concept of feedforward control interventions for the treatment of mucocutaneous candidiasis in voriconazole. It has important significance to improve the quality of life of patients and ensure the treatment effect.
