Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the surgical timing of gallbladder stones complicated with mild to moderate pancreatitis and influence on AST, ALT, ALP and AMY. Methods 84 patientes of gallbladder calculi complicated with mildtomoderate pancreatitis were divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the 72 h adept treatment. The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy 2 h ~ 2 weeks after onset. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, serum AST, ALT, ALP, AMY, postoperative complications and APACHE score before and after treatment were observed. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of AST, ALT, ALP and AMY in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<005). The lung infection, incision infection, recurrence or aggravation of pancreatitis in the observation group were no significant difference compared with those of the control group (all P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of APACHEII in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the treatment group, while the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy within 72 h of the onset is effective to treat gallbladder calculi complicated with mild to moderate pancreatitis, which can improve patients' serum AST, ALT, ALP, AMY level.
