Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical preventive effect of carboprost tromethamine injection and intrauterine packing with gauze postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in patients of cesarean section uterine scar with sebsquent pregnancy. Methods Clinical date of 70 patients uterine atony after repeat cesarean section admitted to our hospital between January 2015 and January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received the routine hemostatic treatment, and the observation group received carboprost tromethamine injection and gauze combination therapy. The treatment effect was observed. Results The blood loss after dilivery in 2 hour and 24 hour of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 005). There were significant differences between hospitalization time and hemoglobin between the two groups (P<005). Conclusion Preventive effect of carboprost tromethamine injection and intrauterine packing with gauze postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in patients of cesarean section uterine scar with sebsquent pregnancy is a safe and effective method to control bleeding and has the advantages of work fast and less adverse reactions.
