Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens of neonates with pneumonia from Panzhihua area. Methods Sputum specimens and blood specimens of 1214 neonates with pneumonia were collected from January 2010to December 2016 for sputum culture, blood culture, TORCH detection and examination before blood transfusion, which including IgM of TP, HCMV, HIV, HBV. Results The number of pneumoniae inpatients were higher in winter and lower in summer(P<005). For delivery rate concern, blood culture arrived to 8682% while sputum culture only to 5470%, but the highest positive bacteria detection rate belong to sputum culture(4623%). Among 307 positive cases, Klebsiella Pneumoniae was 82 cases(2671%), Staphylococcus aureus was 68 cases(2214%),and E.coliwas 62 cases (2020%),while the positive cases of the three bacteria from bkood culture was E.coli (2667%) , Klebsiella Pneumoniae (2000%), Staphylococcus aureus(1333%).Conclusions Sputum culture is worth of spreading for pathogen detection in neunates with pneumonia because its higher positive rate. The peak of neonates pneumonia is in winter, Klebsiella Pneumoniae is the major bacteria in inpatients neonates of Panzhihua area.
