Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory function training combined with nutritional nursing on the quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 92 patients with stable COPD were enrolled in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Huaxi Hospital, Sichuan University from January 2015 to January 2017, they were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group was fortysix patients. The St. George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) score, forced vital capacity (FVC), the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1), percentage of forced expiratory volume of forced expiratory volume (FEV1/FVC), 1 second forced expiratory volume Percentage of predicted value (FEV1% pred), exhalation peak flow rate (PEF) and other changes in lung function were compared between two groups. Results In the study group, the scores of the symptom part, active part, affect part score and total score of SGRQ were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<005). FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, PEF and other indicators were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P<005). There was no significant difference between FEV1% pred and control group (P>005). Conclusion Respiratory exercise combined with nutrition nursing can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of COPD patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
