Abstract:【Abstracts】 Objective To explore the clinical value of CT and its clinical value in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge advantages. Methods One hundred and sixty nine MB patients were selected from January 2015 to April 2016 in the department of radiology in our hospital. Thirty one participants without MB were also enrolled in our study. All participants performed coronary artery angiography and dual source CT angiography examination, using the FLASH dual source CT scanner and ARTIS digital subtraction angiography. Results The clinical detection rate of dual source CT coronary to MB was 3846%, which was significantly higher than that of coronary angiography of 769% (P<005). Seventy five lesions were detected after dual source CT coronary artery examination, with the detection rate of 4098%, which was significantly higher than that of coronary angiography of 710% positive rate (P<005). Conclusion The dual source CT coronary angiography is a more convenient and noninvasive examination method to MB disease detection than the traditional examination method with higher detection rate.
