Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze individual reconstruction effect and shortterm followup results in bone defects of revision of total hip arthroplasty retrospectively. Methods 30 patients received revision of total hip arthroplasty treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects. All the patients received individual reconstruction, reasons of revision hip arthroplasty. The pain before and after the operation, hip joint function were counted. The prevalence of complications were recorded. Results The most common cause of revision hip arthroplasty was aseptic loosening. In 30 cases, there were 22 of revision total hip arthroplasty, 5 cases of single acetabular revision, 3 cases of single femoral revision. VAS scores postoperative 6 months and 1 year were significantly lower than those before the operation (P<005). Harris scores postoperative 6 months and 1 year were significantly higher than those before the operation (P<005). Conclusion Patients treated with revision of total hip arthroplasty can combine type of bone defect, take individual reconstruction treatment, alleviate postoperative pain , improve hip joint function and obtain good shortterm efficacy.
