Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of voice therapy in patients with mutational dysphonia. Methods The four patients with mutational dysphonia were reviewed from May 2015 to August 2016. The value of frequency, the score of selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) ,selfrating depression scale(SDS) and Voice Handicap Index10( VHI10) which both before and after voice therapy were collected. Results The four patients were began to appear male voice,respectively in the second,third,fourth and fifth week,and in the next few weeks there will be fluctuations in the fundamental frequency, but all in male frequency range. One patient in the presence of moderate anxiety before voice therapy, the other two patients had mild depression before voice therapy,and the depression are normal after therapy, and VHI10 scores in the functional, physical, emotional and total dimensions are decreased in four patients.
