【Abstract】 Urosepsis is a serious disease with insidious onset, rapid progress and high mortality.With the widespread application of endourology in the minimally invasive treatment for upper urinary calculi, the number of cases of urosepsis is increasing and mortality is on the rise.It is important for early diagnosis and treatment of patients with urosepsis to identify the patients with the risk factors of urosepsis from calculi surgery and give priority attention and tracking.In this article we will review the research progress of common risk factors for urosepsis after the minimally invasive surgery of upper urinary stone with related literature.
