【Abstract】 Objective To explore the measures to prevent and reduce the infection after the treatment of finger take off injury by vacuum sealing drainage.Methods 182 patients of finger take off injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. On this basis, the observation group focused on the proper fixation of the VSD drainage tube and maintained appropriate effective negative pressure.Results The wound infection rate of the observation group (632%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (1839%) (P＜005). The observation group was better than the control group in the number of VSD change and the length of stay (P＜005).Conclusion The effective management and protection of VSD negative pressure drainage tube can reduce the infection rate of patients with finger injuries, reduce the number of VSD replacement and shorten the hospitalization time.
