    【摘要】 目的 对比高能量CO2点阵激光与点阵射频治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床效果, 为临床选择治疗方法提供参考。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法, 选择2014年2月~2016年4月在我院诊治的萎缩性痤疮瘢痕患者128例, 采用随机数字表法原则分为观察组与对照组;每组各64例, 观察组给予高能量CO2点阵激光治疗, 对照组给予点阵射频治疗, 1次/周, 共治疗5次, 记录两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<005);观察组与对照组治疗后的皮损积分,都明显低于治疗前(P<005),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<005);两组治疗后的水分丢失明显减少, 而含水量明显增加, 与治疗前比较差异且有统计学意义(P<005),同时,观察组治疗后的水分丢失、含水量与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<005);两组治疗期间的疼痛、红斑、色素沉着、增生性瘢痕等不良反应发生情况对比无明显差异(P>005)。结论 相对于点阵射频技术, 高能量CO2点阵激光在萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的应用能促进皮肤生理指标的改善, 从而有利于皮损症状的消失与提高治疗疗效, 且安全性好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of high energy CO2 dot matrix laser and dot matrix radio frequency in the treatment of atrophic acne scar, to provide references for clinical treatment.Methods Used a prospective study method, From February 2014 to April 2016, 128 patients in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of atrophic acne scar patients were selected. All the patients were equally divided into the observation group and control group of 64 patients accorded o the order of admission and the principle of random number table. The observation group was given high power CO2 fractional laser treatment. The control group was given dot matrix radio frequency treatment, 1 times / week and were treated five times. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (968%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (859%)(P<005). The skin lesions in the observation group and control group after treatment were 102±046 points and 167±052 points ,respectively (P<005) that were significantly lower than before treatment of 345±034 points and 340±041 points, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<005). The water loss after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced and the content was obviously increased that compared before the treatment difference were significant (P<005). While the observation group after treatment of the water loss and content compared to that of control group were all statistical significance (P<005). There were no significant difference in the incidence of pain, erythema, pigmentation, and hypertrophic scar compared between the two groups (P>005).Conclusion Compared with the dot matrix radio frequency, high energy CO2 dot matrix laser application of acne scars can promote the improvement of skin physiological index in, which is conducive to skin symptoms disappear and improve curative effect, and its safety is good that has very good application values.
