【Abstract】Objective To explore the application advantages of the enoxaparin in the hemodialysis anticoagulation therapy and provide the rational use of drugs.Methods 60 patients of maintenance hemodialysis were chosen from April 2016 to April 2017 in the blood purification center of our hospital and randomly divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium injection as anticoagulant, while the Enoxaparin sodium injection was used as anticoagulant in the observation group. Patients were treated and observed for two weeks. Complications of the hair loss, bleeding and the dialysis coagulation were compared between the two groups. The platelet counts before and after the treatment were compared Results Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the percentage of coagulation, hemorrhage and alopecia between observation group and control group (P＞005). The total complications of the observation group was lower than that of control group（P＜005）. There was no significant difference in platelet count between the two groups (P＞005).Conclusion Enoxaparin sodium injection was effective to the anticoagulant therapy for hemodialysis patients, which was with fewer complications.
