Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Effect of highly effective antiretroviral therapy combined with chemotherapy on Bone marrow suppression and quality of life scores in patients with HIV infection in lung cancer. Methods The researchers screened 30 patients with HIV infection complicated with lung cancer from January 2011 to October 2015 in Shanghai public health clinical center. 30 patients were divided into HAART therapy combined chemotherapy group (n=15) and chemotherapy group (n=15). The efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients after the end of the treatment cycle were evaluated and statistically evaluated. According to the degree of inhibition of bone marrow, the researchers evaluated the degree of acute and subacute toxicity of the WHO. The researchers evaluated the functional status of the subjects (the Karnofsky score). Results After the implementation of the corresponding treatment, bone marrow suppression and KPS score of the patients treated with HAART combined chemotherapy group were significantly higher than those in the chemotherapy group (P<005). Conclusion For patients with HIV infection in lung cancer, HAART therapy combined with chemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients, but also the risk factors of bone marrow suppression, and take targeted control measures to reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression.
