Abstract:【Abstract】〓Objective〓To investigate The clinical value of self efficacy intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 〓128 patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from December 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into control group and interventional group, 64 cases in each group. Control group was given maintenance hemodialysis and regular clinic nursing. Interventional group was given maintenance hemodialysis and selfefficacybased nursing intervention. They were all treated for 6 months. The selfcare ability, negative emotion and life quality were observed. Results〓Selfcare ability of the two groups before intervention had no difference (P>005). After intervention, scores all increased, and the scores of interventional group increased more than that of control group (P<005). SAS, SDS and HADS of the two groups before intervention had no difference (P>005). After intervention, scores of the two groups all reduced, and scores of interventional group reduced more than that of control group (P<005). SF36 scores of the two groups before intervention had no difference (P>005). After intervention, scores of the two groups all increased, and scores of interventional group improved more than that of control group (P<005); Satisfaction rate of interventional group (9844%) was larger than control group (8750%) (P<005). Conclusion〓Selfefficacybased nursing intervention can improve selfcare ability, life quality, negative emotion of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and reduce complication incidence and it is more easily accepted by common patients.
