Abstract:【Abstracts】〓Objective〓To explore the feasibility of the application of sputum culture in the prediction of the ventilator associated pneumonia in Bauman, and provide the basis for clinical application. Methods〓The clinical data of 80 patients treated with ventilator were retrospectively analyzed. The data including gender, name, occupation, age, place of birth, ward, hospitalization time, discharge time, past history, the use of antibiotics, mechanical ventilation, abdominal drainage and other information were collected. The bacteria in sputum samples cultured with Bauman Acinetobacter. 40 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Results〓The mechanical ventilation, combined with antibiotics, hospitalization time, hospitalization history, abdominal drainage of observation group and the control group were different (P<005). The positive rate of Bauman Acinetobacter of observation group and the control group were different (P<005). Conclusions〓The sputum culture samples detected Acinetobacter bacilli can effectively predict the ventilator associated pneumonia and has high clinical application value.
