【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with Huangkui capsule on Blood pressure, blood sugar levels and renal function in patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods〓80 patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy from January 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 cases. The control group was treated with valsartan. The observation group was treated with valsartan combined with Huangkui capsule. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and blood pressure, blood glucose, renal function were compared between the two groups. Results〓After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P＜005). SBP, DBP, MAP,FBS, PBG2h, HbAIc, UAER and 24hPro were all significantly lower in the 2 groups after treatment than before treatment (P＜005). SBP, DBP, MAP, FBS, PBG2h, HbAIc, UAER and 24hPro of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P＜005). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups (P>005). Conclusion〓The effect of valsartan combined with Huangkui capsule improves blood pressure associated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy treatment effect, improve the blood pressure, blood glucose and renal function, and did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
