Abstract:【Abstract】〓Objective〓To study the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined venlafaxine and psychosomatic treatment on intractable peptic. Methods〓120 patients with intractable peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group. Control group was treated with lansoprazole combined venlafaxine. Observation group was treated with lansoprazole combined venlafaxine and psychosomatic treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects, psychological state and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results〓The clinical treatment effect of observation group and control group were 9667% and 8167% (P < 005). The anxiety and depression scores of observation group after treatment was statistically different from that before treatment (P < 005). The anxiety and depression scores of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group (P < 005). The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group and control group were 500% and 2000% ( P < 005).Conclusion〓 Lansoprazole combined venlafaxine and psychosomatic treatment on intractable peptic ulcer can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, the patient's mental state, the patients compliance and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
