Abstract:【Abstract】〓Objective〓To investigate the effect of fluoxetine on CD3, CD4 and CD8 cell levels and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with depression. Methods〓A retrospective analysis of 86 patients of depression treated with fluoxetine in clinical data of the patients were set as the experimental group, and 82 patients with depression treated with mirtazapine in the same period were taken as the control group. HAMD score, CD3, CD4 and CD8 cell levels and glucose and lipid metabolism were measured before and after treatment. Results〓There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before treatment (P> 005), 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment (P <005). The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8 were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment (P> 005). The levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8 increased at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, and increased gradually (P> 005). There was no significant difference in 2hPG,FPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDLand HDL levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 005). The levels of FG, FPG and HbAlc decreased at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, and decreased gradually and lower than that of the control group (P <005). The levels of TC, TG and LDL in the experimental group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were not significantly different (P> 005), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <005). There was no significant difference in HDL between the four weeks and the 8 weeks after treatment(P>005), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <005). Conclusion〓Fluoxetine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with depression, enhance immunity, different degrees of improvement of glucose metabolism disorders, the impact of lipid is small, worthy of clinical choice.
